I've been to various call center jobs in the past years. My first job was a Technical support specialist specifically in the field of networking for 5 years. I then switched to customer service and worked as a telephone banker. I spent 8 years honing my best customer service techniques, conflict resolution skills and phone etiquette. I have less than a year of experience in freelancing. My experiences thought me different online job platforms and skills such as data entry, email customer support and social media management. I plan to grow in freelancing industry that is why right now I am taking online courses that would help my success in this business.
