My main responsibility as an Assistant Vice President is making sure that my agents know the

process in Collections by providing them daily coaching, weekly refresher and monthly

evaluations. Tasks that I need to do for the company are submitting deliverable on time, meeting

the goal for the metrics and making sure that we're meeting Customer's satisfaction to a great

Customer's experience.
I want challenge and wants to explore other options to see and be able to expand the knowledge

and experience that I have. I'm willing to learn and open for new goals or ideas as well. It

motivates me when I know that what I'm doing is very productive and is showing improvement. I

want to share my skills and be able to help apply this skills to your company.
