I worked as a Customer Success Agent at Hostinger International, Ltd. My job involved helping customers to success by providing them support and assistance via live chat, emails, or tickets. Working closely with the company's Technical Team, I helped customers with hosting-related issues or basic troubleshooting on their websites (mostly WordPress).
I graduated in 2019 from Maranatha Christian University (Bandung, Indonesia), and I majored in English Literature (English Letters). Previously, I was an intern in my university's IT Centre, working as a Customer Support. I answered calls and helped clients who had complaints regarding the internet network, PC or other electronic devices, and software. Additionally, I also helped manage the storage and do other administrative duties such as inputting or organizing data and writing e-mails or letters. I could also solve several complaints regarding software (installation, removal, re-installation).
Before working as an intern, I was hired as a translator (from English to Indonesian) twice. The first one was to translate several comic books, and the second one was to translate several chapters of a dentistry book. Afterwards, I was hired to edit and proof-read a thesis written in English. I also have experience in transcribing a recording in English (and Indonesian), creating subtitles for videos, and a little copy-writing.
I am a perfectionist and a detail-oriented person. In addition, I am eager to learn, as I like to do research related to my works (for example in order to give the best translation), and I'm also a fast learner. In my free time, I dabble in digital painting, write fictions or poems, translate English prose into Indonesian, be a beta-reader/editor/proofreader.
