I have over three years of customer service experience in two different support roles. I started off as a travel adviser for Expedia where I handled inbound calls from customers who are interested in booking flights, hotels, cars or a combination. I was expected to not only be transactional but make sure that each customer contact is a memorable experience. We were heavily assessed on quality, customer satisfaction and revenue per call. After which, I started freelancing and worked as a virtual property concierge for Onerent Property Management. In this role, I was responsible for prospecting, screening and evaluating tenants. I also worked closely with the leasing associates for any negotiation from the prospect tenant(s) during the creation of the leasing contract. In this position I handled the emails, chats, calls and did some other admin tasks.

I am very organized when dealing with tasks. I am fond of creating systems/structures first before carrying out a project. This method has been proven very effective in achieving optimal results in the past projects I have done. I would also like to believe I am a self-starter. I am a great team-player but can also work efficiently with less supervision. In fact, even during my free time, I love doing DIY's. Furthermore, I am keen to details and have high capacity for learning.

More than my skills, I value honesty and passion for excellence. I believe that doing the right thing all the time even if no one is watching says a lot about a person's character. This basically means that the person can be trusted and can build a long-term professional relationship with his/her employer. This is a very important trait that a work-from-home employee must have. I also believe that one should always strive for excellence and I think the best way to do this is to be a better version of yourself every time.
