My main tasks as the Operations Manager are hiring, evaluating and appraising the performance of more than 1000 employees. Creating processes and policies. Work flows and communication flows to make the operations run smoothly.

I also analyze data daily for meeting service level of our clients.

Multi tasking, thinking outside the box and data analysis are my strengths.
