I have previous data entry and VA experiences. Before working online, however, I have been very fortunate to have worked as a Customer Service Agent for 6 months in an airline company, and then, in one of our country’s leading and recognized BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies for 8 years.

I started out as a regular technical support agent and got promoted to Senior Technical Support 2 years after. I was then again promoted to Product Trainer the following year and then finally to QA Specialist, handling both calls and emails for US, UK and Australia accounts, towards the end of my stay in the company. It was then that I learned about working online, the convenience, benefits and new challenges that it offers, that I decided to bid farewell to the BPO industry.

When I started doing online work, one of my first tasks is data entry where I simply encode lists or convert pdfs to Excel files, which I still do today. As a VA, aside from the regular research, I also did some article and content writing, social media management and email management to mention a few.

Considering my previous work experiences as attestation, I can confidently say that I excel in customer service skills. To support this, I am hard-working, patient, determined and a fast-learner. I can be the best VA you will ever have.
