Having worked with my previous companies I have gathered the skills necessary to be an effective and efficient Customer Service Representative. I previously worked as a data entry and back office specialist for Sutherland Global. My tasks include responding to clients and customers email using a platform and make sure their queries had been resolved.I also take inbound phone calls if necessary.I also worked for Concentrix Philippines as a customer service representative and is always delivering amazing results with NPS and agent CSAT. In my 2 years of stay there I can say that I have contributed largely to the success of the company. I am an individual with excellent communication skills, detail oriented and has passion for learning. I am a very good multitasker and can work on flexible schedule.
