The last position that I held was a Recruitment Specilalist for a BPO (Business Process Outsource) company here in the Philippines. I handed End-to-End recruitment process that would include the following tasks: interviewing candidates, profiling, endorsing, re-profiling, end of day reporting, monthly reporting, job offer, etc.)

In total, I have roughly 4 years in the recruitment field. I have handled both agent (BPO sector) and non-agent or non-BPO related post to executive positions, for here in the Philippines and APAC regions. My experience in not limited to recruitment but I am also versatile with sourcing, job posting and marketing. I am also familiar and worked with the various tools commonly used in recruitment and agent data base creation.

Prior to my recruitment stint, I started as a Customer Service Representative back in 2005. Due to my eagerness to learn, I was also part of the sales. Experience acquired from various BPO companies based here in Manila. I handled CSR and Sales using various mediums (voice, chat and email).

I am confident to say that I am hard-working individual who is not afraid of change. I can work with a very fast-paced environment with minimal supervision but can and will deliver excellent results. I am great in multi-tasking and I have a keen eye for detail.
