I am handling email, chat, texts, and Facebook comments of the store before being promoted to Lead Agent. Currently, my role includes supporting my teammates in terms of ticket handling, answering their queries about the process, ticket quality monitoring, KPI monitoring, attendance checker, coaching, and other ad hoc tasks.
