I have been in the BPO industry for at least 3yrs in two companies of the same line of business. The biggest there is you can think of right now not just in the U.S. but in almost all countries, the health insurance. Experienced in handling both doctor's offices or more commonly called as providers and of course the consumers/members concern. Great customer service, passion for the customers and the willingness to help them are my forte. I was a product coach which functions primarily in guiding the new hires who are freshly endorsed from training to production. Mentoring them, passing the knowledge and skills has been my new task. This gives me more satisfaction, pride and joy. However, since I had a complicated pregnancy and was asked to be on a bed rest and should be on leave from work, i have decided to tender my resignation and work from home rather than stay home and not earning anything as my due date approaches. I gave birth last November 2016, and my baby's need will always come first, I wan to be able to be with my baby while earning and working. Hence the intent and aim to be hired from a company that would enable me to work from home. Having said that, all the more reason that I should be hired, a committed working mother is the best there is in the business right now. Someone who is driven and determined to make money to be able to provide for my baby. With 3 years of contact center experience and I did admin tasks which I do with my previous work and position, I believe I would be a perfect fit for this post. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, I have a medical background. I have a VA experience for both real estate and medical ; in sales, outbound calling leads, appointment setting, lead generation(lead manager) ads posting and data entry. My function as a Virtual Assistant is not limited to doing task, I also take calls and function as a customer service to my clients in medical and real estate. I've been a virtual assistant for almost two years now.

I am willing to learn new things and will never stop learning new ones in the future. As you can see how versatile I am with the different fields I've worked, I can say I learn fast and I make it good with everything I do. I make sure to provide good results.
