Hi, I'm Gina! I'm an experienced Customer Support Expert by day and I do illustration/design on the side. I have about 5+ years of experience working in different support environments, ranging from retail, all the way to education.
I am a strong believer that in order to provide the best support possible to clients you need to be resourceful, quick, and more importantly, empathetic. A product can be great, but without customer support it will be hard to make sure that your customers will actually have the best experience possible.
I am American, therefore English is my main language, but I was raised in a Spanish-speaking environment, so I also speak Spanish natively. In addition to that I studied Italian in high school, so I speak conversational Italian, and I am currently learning Portuguese .
