Gisela Soledad Hurtado

My name is Gisela Hurtado, I am Argentine, I received a degree in Psychology, I specialized in Family Psychotherapy with Cognitive orientation and to make the diagnosis of Autism. Besides that, I am a freelancer and I am studying programming.

I was a Research Fellow (CIN), and I have worked for many years in this field because I am passionate about research. I was part of several completed and approved research projects. Which is why I have great ability to create databases, take tests, load protocols and analyze them (SPSS). I also love putting together conference posters and uploading the data to the relevant systems.

I am passionate about writing, translating, advertising online and mainly listening and understanding customer behavior. Due to these passions I worked as a clinical psychologist and at the same time as a secretary and later as a Technical Coordinator of the Doctorate of Psychology at the University of Buenos Aires, where I worked for almost 3 years, which implied the following tasks: customer service, telephone assistance, reception documentation, coordination of admission interviews, guiding the doctoral student throughout the process, setting up the Doctorate committee meetings, making agreements to be dealt with therein, and subsequent resolutions. Armed for the defense of the Doctorate, summons of the juries, doctoral student and other necessary figures. Processing of the title. Use of excel to load data and resolutions, open-office, psicme, siet, spss, etc. Collection and generation of payment order for Registration, annual registration, right to present thesis and title. Qualification of the doctoral student by System, etc. Next, I was an Auditor in the Disability Area at the Obra Social of the Province of Entre Ríos, IOSPER. Since it required the ability to perform on-site audits, visit and interviews with providers, orientation to the member and family, control of spending and quality of services.

Currently, I am working as a freelancer in the area of ​​technical support and virtual assistant for a Spanish company. I carry out tasks such as testing web pages, support of these pages, support to lawyers and company employees. Telephone service, resolution of any technical problem that may arise. Creation and support of domains and hosting. Use of tools such as: Hubspot, Trello, Arsys, Nifty, Netelip, Zoiper, Smsup, elAbogado.com, Microssoft Office, keeper, among others. Besides that, I am studying web page programming.

About my abilities I consider that I am self-taught, persevering, constant and only when I obtain my goals, do I stop momentarily and continue for more. The latter is often a weakness, since I do not stop until I have achieved what I expected.

Another skill that characterizes me is that I always think of the client, which is why I like to propose, optimize and solve the employer / client problem.

In short, I am passionate about what I do, I am constantly updating myself, learning both from the academic training courses and from my own mistakes.
