I have over 10 years of work experience in the BPO industry which taught me well on how to communicate effectively. I also have a 4-year work experience as a Classroom Facilitator where I facilitated communications training, customer service and product skills training.
I did admin task as part of job to which gave me skills in internet research, writing, proofreading including attendance for payroll purposes, schedule meetings, MS Excel, Outlook, Power point and etc.
