I have 8 years experience in Email and Schedule Management as a Customer Service Assistant in a local company. My tasks includes answering phones, emails, addressing customer complains and inquiries thru email. I'm also knowledgeable in doing reports using Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Sheets.

Recently, I completed a Virtual Assistant intensive training wherein I learned a lot and improved my knowledge in Email Handling, Schedule Management, Social Media Management and more.
