Core process of the team is to segregate works among all the retail team in the unit
Naming a work with customer account details and moving to the respective processing team.
Challenges facing: 1) If the customer not provided the account details, by using various methods to get the exact account details for the customer from the back office 2) Have to clear huge number of volume every day.
Process that I had trained and support on continuous basis are as:
We amend the customer's personal information such as contact details, name, product conversion
Sub processes are: 1) Change of address, 2) Change of Title, 3) Database Maintenance, 4) Convert product, 5) MAS
Participating quality control on daily basis
Regular payments: 1) Standing Orders, 2) Direct debits, 3) Royline Bankline
Account Opening such as current account, savings account, fixed rate bond
Royline Bankline– Conversation with Relationship Manager’s who are in Front Office (UK) regarding the Payment made by High Network Customers or Companies belong to RBS.
Suspense Account – Creating, Maintaining and Deleting Suspense Accounts based on the request received from front office (UK) authorized Relationship Managers through mail.
Maintaing AYIC test for every day in my team.
Preparing team quality report on monthly basis
Preparing MI on the daily basis for our Team.
Maintaining database for new updates instructed from onsite managers.
Preparing daily processing reports from various sub processes handling
by the team
