Grace Fernandez

I am a graduate of Psychology and Mass Communications. I have experienced working as a sales agent in a BPO company, handling inbound calls. I have also taught ESL to Korean and Japanese Students. I have also experience doing HR work in the recruitment and training department. I have done a lot of writing and editing in the past, specifically article writing and research papers. I am good in using MS office applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint. I can also edit pictures and videos.
