I'm a resourceful and self-driven person who has more than 7 years of experience in the BPO industry. I have strong leadership and excellent communication skills. I am currently a Process Trainer in our company and I have been building great and positive relationship with our clients.
As a Process Trainer, I became detail-oriented because I cannot afford to be inaccurate with New Hire applicants, more so, a client, in terms of transferring knowledge. I use Gantt Chart to make sure that I don't miss any deadlines and make sure that there are no conflicts when it comes to schedule.
Research is something that I am also good at. I search for new ways on how to efficiently and effectively facilitate a module. I adapt to the changes in the workplace easily. I am also on top of my toes when it comes to appointments and calendar activities.
I also did a lot of administrative tasks such as reporting, sending e-mails, collating data, analyzing data and creating business reports. To add, I am also knowledgeable in MS Excel (and other MS Office Applications), Canva and Skype.
