I used to work in a multinational manufacturing company as accounts payable specialist doing the following tasks:

• Managing accounts payable
• Recording invoices and ensuring correctness and consistency of accounts used
• Making sure that invoices correctly match with what is in the Purchase orders versus what is received
• Reconciliations of Statements of accounts versus invoices received
• Preparation of weekly payable report and ensuring cost are all properly allocated
• the same time I was also a part time Online bookkeeper of a small Real estate company, doing below tasks:
• Recording and categorization of day to day transactions
• Reconciliations of bank accounts, Paypal accounts, credit cards and other accounts.
• Preparation of financial reports
• other ad hoc projects

I used to use Quickbooks and Xero accounting software.
