- Recording invoices and ensuring correctness and consistency of accounts used
- Making sure that invoices correctly match with what is in the Purchase orders versus what is received
- Reconciliations of Statements of accounts versus invoices received
- Preparation of weekly payable report and ensuring cost are all properly allocated
- the same time I was also a part time Online bookkeeper of a small Real estate company, doing below tasks:
- Recording and categorization of day to day transactions
- Reconciliations of bank accounts, Paypal accounts, credit cards and other accounts.
- Preparation of financial reports
- other ad hoc projects
I used to use Quickbooks and Xero accounting software.
