I have worked in the outsourcing company since 2006 whereas I am exposed in delivering customer service both agent position and management position. I was able to support Customer Service for various line of businesses by phone, email and chat. With my stint as in the BPO industry, I even supported our company for employee engagement activities.

My skills involves data administration and management, extensive web research, and providing client assistance.

I am efficient in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PPT.
