I worked as a Client Service Associate level 5 at Bdo Unibank Inc for over 5 years. I dealt with wide variety of clients from different walks of life. I performed clerical tasks using different systems to complete client transactions such as, but not limited to cash deposits, cash withdrawals, bills payments, fundtransfers,inward and outward remittances and so much more. My job as a CSA not only require clerical skills. It also required me to be a relationship-builder (we have to be a good conversant), a product marketer (we are required to market our products to our clients, both existing and walk-in) and a good leader (we are trained to become the future of our company).
