Projects:

  1. Redesigned and updated Employee Handbook for IT Service Provider client located in Atlanta, GA.

  2. Designed and developed Recruitment Strategies, Employer Branding to attract and retain great talent, Job Descriptions and Job postings to attract talent for non-profit client.

  3. Developed and updated organizational Human Resources polices in accordance with the Employment Laws for both US and Canada (client company has offices in both US and Canada). Re-launched the corporate policy employee handbook to raise awareness and knowledge level amongst employees.

  4. Re-branedd HR Department to bridge the gap between HR and employees. Resulted in employees seeing HR as trusted leader that is a true advocate for both employees and company.

  5. Consolidated Attendance, LOA and Accommodation Trackers into one report to enable managers to efficiently be able to track and monitor employee’s attendance, instead of having to download each report separately. This resulted in the client company reaching its lowest level of absenteeism over a twelve-month period in company’s history.

  6. Took a manual on-boarding process and automated it by creating an electronic version by using Adobo Illustrator. This allowed organizations to save cost, time and be more efficient with their on-boarding process.

  7. Improved and increased employee productivity by designed and rolled out Employee Morale Programs and re-designing organizational structure, culture free from harassment, violence, substance abuse, and discrimination.

  8. Designed and rolled out electronic employee forms to create a more efficient and cost saving process of distributing and collecting employee forms to overcome current company challenges, eliminating barriers and errors from pervious manual systems.

  9. Implemented, rolled out and trained end users on various HRIS such as ADP, People@work, Pay@work, PeopleSoft, Talo and ET Web (performance management system), for client companies.
