Currently, I am a freelance Life Insurance Advisor/Agent. Before becoming an Insurance Agent, I have a 10-year experience in a BPO/Shared Services Company where I spent 5 years as a Supervisor, managing 10 heads who handle Printer Warranty Service Registration for European, Middle Eastern and Asian customers. After my Supervisory position, I was promoted into an Operations Manager where I managed more than 20 heads handling different functions (i.e. Service Delivery, Claims, Partner Payment, Quality Assurance, System-Issue Key Users) for worldwide customers and clients.

I also have a Call Center experience where my position is a Customer Service Representative and a Sales Representative at the same. I am a consistent awardee for 2 years. My very first job in 2004 was Resume Editor for outsourced teachers.

I have an in-depth experience from a mix of fields where my capabilities were honed. I am ready, willing, interested to take new challenges for me to continue to grow. I am a fast learner with a great sense of accountability and I deliver with quality.
