I started my career in the call center industry way back February of 2015 until September of 2016 with a Health Insurance account. Then, I took another opportunity of working on a shopping account. However, my contract ended a few months after due to medical reasons. I was employed back last June 2017 with a mobility account and then was transferred to a technical support account for internet and phone service from January to October this year. In total of four years as a customer representative I learned to be very passionate towards work and enhance my communication and interpersonal skills. I have strong sense of responsibility. I am also flexible and willing to take variety of tasks, attentive to timed schedules.
