I like to think of myself as both a people and a product person. There is nothing I enjoy more than learning and finding ways to improve things.

Primarily I am sales professional, particularly good at customer success and B2B account management. Though I lack the hunter-type mentality and I would qualify as average in terms of lead generation, the fact that I am a hard worker has in over 90% of cases put me ahead of all my team mates in terms of obtained results.

I am extremely customer oriented and empathic (possibly to a fault).

I can also make great looking Keynote slide decks, and have created most of my current employer's materials of this type.

Most of my working experience was gained in a startup environment where a can-do attitude, a drive for learning, and adaptability are all valuable traits.

I have done a bit of everything including social media management, email marketing, graphic design (banners, fliers, posters, social media content, website mockups), content creation (including help files and tutorials), copywriting or user experience.

At the moment I am improving my skills in graphic design, web design and web development. I am enrolled in the Google Udacity Front-End Developer Challenge as well as multiple courses for web and graphics design on Udemy.

I believe that the best product person is the one that understands all aspects of said product, from how it is made, to whom it targets, how it is marketed, sold, used or supported. My goal is to be that great product person and the "best me I can possibly be".
