I was in the BPO industry for more than 5 years, doing customer service and sales for AT&T, Sprint and Directv. Helpdesk support for Intuit Quickbooks and HP Notebooks. I also did freelance web content writing, copywriting and news writing for 3-4 years. I'm very proficient in CRM apps, Windows and Office apps. I also have experience in using project collaboration tools such as Smartsheets and Google Docs, etc. I Also did fieldwork jobs in Telecommunications particulary POTS, DSL and FTTH in Saudi Arabia for Saudi Telecom and has knowledge in Networking and Telephony.
