Isaac Santos Alvarez

I’m a business management graduated with an easy-going personality. I have worked as a Scheduler, Forecasting specialist, Planning analyst, Customer service representative, Tech support and Junior web developer. I'm the kind of guy who is always looking for better ways to perform tasks. During my studies in INTEC (Instituto Tecnologico de Santo Domingo) I developed interest in finance, having my business career studies focus on finances.

My first employment was as Customer service representative for a multinational company. I was then promoted to Planning analyst, and finally forecasting and scheduling specialist. I mastered the use of complex formulas in Excel, building report from scratch, planning methods and mathematical principals, as well as every administrative task common in every desk job.  I left the company because there was no more room for growth and decided to start my own small business.

Locally in my country I’ve done websites for smalls business, online marketing and SEO. I worked with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub, Node.js, jQuery, Google ads, Google analytics, Facebook Ads. I have worked with backend and front end in web development.

In finance I’m capable of managing and preparing the vital reports of business: Balance sheet, income statement, statement of retained earnings and stamen of cash flow, as well as financial analysis with financial indicators.

A year after I decided to travel the world, a goal that I’m still working on, because I only got to visit: Colombia, Canada, United States, Panama and Iceland. Technically still missing the whole world.

For me travelling is a very enrichment experience. Each country has it own culture and you get to see the world from another perspective and learn a lot

About my country, I live in the Dominican Republic, a small Island in the Caribbean, but one of the Greater Antilles. We have beautiful beaches, outstanding nightlife and everyone is very welcoming to foreigners among other wonderful things.

I love animals, music, travelling, cooking and video games. I spent most of my free time playing video games, listening to music and playing the guitar. I love cooking, people always come to my house asking for me to cook for them, and this is something that I do because of pure devotion to cooking. I have one beautiful dog; a Siberian Husky and two cats.

I’m a goal-oriented person, capable of managing my time to meet your expectations the requirements and all expectations
