My name is Ivee Canlas. I am 23 years old. I completed my associate course in Hotel and Restaurant Services from Systems Plus College Foundation. I have spent the last 1 year and 6 months developing my skills as a customer service representative where I have won several performance awards. I was part of the offline team which is a chat support then I got promoted as a voice agent. I love solving customer's problem. My first job was an English Teacher for Korean back in year of 2015, it lasted for 6 months.
I learned a great deal on that role and served me well. At that time, I wasn’t sure about my career path,
so I next took a position which is technical and billing support. It only lasted for 1 year and 6 months, but I
sure enjoyed it. Although I love my current role, I feel I’m now ready for a more challenging assignment and this position really excites me.
