I have 11 years of experience in Technical/Customer Support assisting U.S. and EMEA customers. I was trained by one of the best and the first BPO in the Philippines. I served as Team Lead for 5 years and a Manager for roughly 3 years.
I am proficient with Windows OS and Microsoft Office with comprehensive experience and knowledge in technical support handling basic issues and solving complex ones in hardware or software for various known brands like Microsoft, Dell, Toshiba and Amazon.
