I was in the industry of English tutorial since 2008 . I joined the BPO company as customer service representative at Convergys PHils - Bacolod on year 2013. While working as CSR i still continue to take my tutorial classes at home with the non-native speakers . Most of my students are from Korea, Russia, Brazil, China and Japan. I love doing this, because it gives me a feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment if you see your student development . Same way with being a Customer Service Representative. The challenge is somehow different. Its not just all about helping but keeping those customers . Keeping those customers happy means being responsive to their needs and wants. A good customer service experience can turn a one-time customer into a lifelong repeat customer. People like to share their good experiences. Excellent customer service can turn into positive word of mouth.
As a person, I am always committed on my work. I make sure that all can be done accordingly. Effectiveness and Quality is very important to me. I can work independently.
