Born & raised in midwest U.S., early in my communication career I realized that the constant pressure and striving for "more, better, and faster" was wearing me down, so I set out to discover a more fulfilling way of living. After a backpacking trip abroad discovering more about myself, I wound up living in France, and now call Paris home.

My various projects and engagements center around supporting better ways of living and creating positive change in the world, whether that's through facilitating human connection at in-person events, offering physical and mental health resources (yoga classes, guided meditations), or coordinating programs to support the wellbeing of social change leaders.

I'm passionate about the potential to improve our lives and our world, and I'm happy to discuss projects and opportunities that are aligned with this passion.
