I have almost Ten years of experience in the Management Industry. I spent the bulk of those years working in Independent groups. I’m often chosen to head up projects a big chunk of thanks to my excellent communication skills. I’m most proud of the work and experience I have on my former organization. My task was to head up our Marketing Operations with Account Management and Project Management. My work involved coordinating with the CEO to find possible clients for the Business, and to come up with solutions that would assist the growth of the Company. The challenge was the communication of the availability of schedules to meet. The end goal was to create a harmonious working relationship. I spearheaded a coordinated approach to the project. I lead our Marketing Team mainly a Telemarketer, Graphic Artist, Web Developer, Social Media Manager. We then made changes as the need arose until we balanced the plan. We then implemented other Marketing Strategies one by one, taking a step-by-step approach. Would love to be part of the Team.
