I have almost Ten years of experience in the Management Industry.
I spent the bulk of those years working in Independent groups. I’m often chosen to head up projects a big chunk of thanks to my excellent communication skills.
I’m most proud of the work and experience I have on my former organization. My task was to head up our Marketing Operations with Account Management and Project Management. My work involved coordinating with the CEO to find possible clients for the Business, and to come up with solutions that would assist the growth of the Company. The challenge was the communication of the availability of schedules to meet.
The end goal was to create a harmonious working relationship. I spearheaded a coordinated approach to the project. I lead our Marketing Team mainly a Telemarketer, Graphic Artist, Web Developer, Social Media Manager.

Develops business plans and budget for site; understand payroll and timekeeping processes. Participates in strategic planning for the site with executive management.
Directs business operations to meet all operational effectiveness and inefficiencies measurements. Works with Operations leaders to establish program objectives and strategies. Oversees and coordinates Operations Teams to implement new or expanding client programs. Manages to standard operating procedures and client driven metrics.
Ensures client contractual expectations and metrics are met. Develops and maintains client relationships to support growth and sustain current business. Manages all program Service Level Agreements (SLAs) targeted to achieve leading client performance.
Demonstrates leadership skills internally and externally. Partners with internal business leaders to share best practices. Positively represents the company to the community, leads community relationship building and participants in community endeavors with community leaders.
Analyzes site performance data for trends for areas of opportunity and implements approved process improvements that lead to achievable and successful results; ensures proper protocol is followed and fraud prevention measures are in place.
