I have been working in the customer service industry for more than 10 years now, six years for a Satellite TV account here in the Philippines and four years for a Transportation business abroad. The skills I have acquired from working in customer service includes basic troubleshooting, billing, order taking, phone support, email support, service recovery and more. Before my BPO experience, I have also worked as an Accounting Assistant for four years in a government agency. Back then, we didn't have any accounting software. We mainly used Excel for our reports, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial statements.
