I'm with the BPO industry for 3 years now, have experience in taking outbound and inbound calls. I've already experienced taking calls for a travel account, outbound calls for a collections company, skip traced for a collections company that also requires us to do outbound and take inbound calls, answer email for business accounts of a telecommunications company. I can say that i can be able to handle the task with minimum supervision. I'm very eager to learn.
I have this habit of not stopping at anything until I've reached my goal. Have experienced using multiple search engines for skip tracing. I finish things one at a time to make it precise and accurate, leaving no error behind.
