Senior IT Site Specialist
Network and Telecom (Cisco IPT)
Setup Cisco VPN for sites in South-Africa.
Cisco VOIP rollout and management for South-Africa
Do daily administration and setup of end user accounts, softphone accounts, setup of phone hardware and voicemail on Cisco Call Manager, Cisco ID Manager and Cisco Unity.
Work with Cisco Wireless Control System for setup of wireless acocunts on internal office wireless through Cisco Access Points.
