-Worked as a Billing Generalist- responsible for posting insurance payments for Dental Billing and following up on pending insurance claims. 

-Has knowledge in entering charges and billing out claims to insurance companies to get payments.

-Worked in a Medical Billing Field as a Prior Authorization Specialist. Responsible in obtaining prior authorizations for our Patients. The job also covers- working on the appointment schedule. 

-An experienced Customer Service Representative for almost 3 years. I've handled a Telephone company account in the US.
