Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I've worked as a Full time Customer Service and sales specialist in the BPO industry. Basically, i deal with clients mostly over the phone and sometimes through Live Chat. I mainly handles inquiries about billing, also do product up-selling, flights reservations, technical support, basic troubleshooting, handling complaints and objection.
I am reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking individual who has 3 years of experience giving professional, efficient and superb customer service to various call center companies. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and email. I have experience with Live Chat Support and I am eager to learn to use any new tools that will get the job done well.
I am well versed in the English language. I am self-reliant, very attentive to details, a great team player and can easily find ways to motivate myself and my co-workers.
