I started working in BPO since 2013. 2 years in my first BPO was in Qualfon, and second BPO is in WIPRO which im currently connected at, I Am doing mentoring role, handling 15 specialist, call monitoring and provide coaching and feed back on how to improve their call handling skills and scores. I also attended training's like Time Management,Coaching and Feed back. I am also IATA trained and certified.
