I am very keen to details and can come up with creative solutions to challenges in job. I can work under pressure as I am used to it because I've work in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. I am always ready to face challenges and get along with people very well. I have worked for an Australian company providing gas and light as a portfolio manager handling inbound and outbound calls as well as email correspondence from B2B and B2C and Collections as well. I've also worked as an Administrative assistant in Meralco, the number one energy provider here in the Philippines. My experiences have made me adaptable to change. I am looking for a home based job where I can use some of the qualifications I've gained from my experiences. I am willing to be trained and I can work with minimal supervision.
I have a high speed internet, headset and webcam, a desktop and a laptop as back up. Currently I'm teaching English online to Japanese as a part time job.
