Hello there! My name is Jenny and I have 9 years of experience in the Customer Service Industry, including 5 years in the BPO industry and 5+ years in freelancing.
During my time in the BPO industry, I provided customer service, sales, and technical support for Telco and Tax companies based in the US. I also worked for a consulting company in the UK where I served as the Professional Liaison, communicating with Chinese students and helping them find jobs by connecting them with professional mentors. As part of my role, I onboarded new clients, provided them with contracts, scheduled appointments, and provided all necessary information related to the process.
In addition, I have experience working in an E-commerce company as a customer service representative. I answered emails and chats using FreshDesk and Feshchat, assisting customers with inquiries such as order status, returns and refunds, updating order/billing/shipping addresses, sending dropship notices to vendors, shipping missing parts or replacement items, and answering general product inquiries.
