I have worked as Customer Service Representative for more than four years with one of the largest BPO companies like Telstra and J.P. Morgan Chase Bank. I worked as a Customer Service Representative with Telstra and I was dealing with billing concerns, new account application and payments for 2 years and 6 months. After leaving Telstra, I worked as Telephone Banker at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank and I was handling calls about checking accounts and online walk through to our customers and that was for 1 year and 6 months. Currently, I am working part-time as an English tutor for 5talk.
