I am an incredibly hard-working and detail oriented individual. I work well with others and remotely, although I definitely prefer remote work. I have a passion for helping people and customer service, although at times challenging, is very rewarding in my opinion and invaluable to any organization. I work well in fast paced, high stress environments. I have experience handling hundreds of emails and customer inquiries per day, as well as being highly skilled in resolving customer conflict and concerns. I am tech savvy, proficient in MS Office, web applications and various software (Quickbase, MAS, Yardi, Resident Works). Picking up new software is incredibly easy for me. I am also currently working on my Associates Degree in Computer Information Systems (expected 6/2019 completion).
