I have spent the last 7 years developing my skills as a customer service agent. I love customer service because I love dealing with people, connecting with customer, solving issues and providing high rate at all time. I am a full time freelancer and can work with Spanish, Creole, English and French speakers. I am disciplined and can work under minimal supervision. I am always passionate about my work. I am hardworking and i learn fast. I’m a natural leader. I find co-workers usually come to me with questions or concerns even when I’m not in a leadership role because if I don’t know the answer, I’ll at least point them in the right direction. And i was about to be promoted to a leadership position after less than a year with Alorica DR. I have been employed by many companies such as IHG Hotels, one of the world's leading hotel companies, whose purpose is to provide True Hospitality for everyone. As well i was employed by Yavin Technologies in the field of marketing and customer service.
