Jireh Edchin Traya

I have been working as a customer service associate for two years. For two years, I learned how to be patient, adaptable, and resilient to provide the best service for the customers and to resolve their problems on time. 

I have also been a research assistant during my college years. My time as a research assistant made me became resourceful, attentive to details, and provide an informative summary to my client.

With my experiences, I'm able to hone my communication skill and technical skill to maneuver on the programs with ease. 

I also stick to my three principles or three ace cards for life:

First, if I could do something within 10 minutes, then I would finish it in 10 minutes. I won't let procrastination gets on the way because tomorrow is another day. 

Second, if I had any means to help those in need, then I'd take the heed. 

And lastly, I'll take time to look behind and guide those who are lagging.
