I can both function as a customer service representative as well as a customer service manager, I'm also a seasoned Virtual assistant. I'm very well rounded in different CRM's, ( Wordpress, Zendesk, Shopify etc. ) project and calendar management, updating and distribution of emails, organizing files, conducting general research, and in managing social media as I have a background in website management and copy writing. 

I have more than 3 years of experience in supporting eCommerce businesses. I was able to help my previous clients grow their business and reach stability. I'm well equipped with using eCommerce tools like Shopify platform, Zendesk, and other CRM tools for email support. With the years of experience in SEO, eCommerce, Health Care, Real Estate and Tech, I can bring a lot of value to the table and would love to be a part of your team.
