I've worked for 4 years in customer service focused jobs. The first 2 years I was working as a Front Office Associate and the other 2 years I spent working in the Call Center Industry where I dealt with difficult people, and I can say that I'm very good at it.

When I was still in the Hotel Industry my functions includes answering phone calls (for room reservations, dining reservations, answer guest complaints and inquiry), answer emails to guests, hotel employees and potential clients, talk to customers personally to answer questions, concerns and complaints, and coordinate with other departments and hotel employees in order to provide the products and services.

Then during when I was in the call center industry my tasks includes answering calls (mostly calls are about complaints and issues on on the company's products and services). So I need to know everything about the business and the products that we offer. I have to resolve the issues and guide the customer on what to do over-the-phone and to sound that I know what I am talking about for them not to question me. I also answer emails from customer and from other employees.

On those jobs that I had, I always give my 101%. I make sure that I never settle for OK result and as a proof I graduated top of my class and always being acknowledged for the excellent work I've done during my employment. I admit that I don’t know everything but I am definitely willing to learn.
