I am a full-time freelancer with the objective to satisfy my clients by providing them detail-oriented and accurate work, fast and on time. I take each task as an opportunity which gives me a chance to share my talents and skills.

I've been a Customer Care specialist with eBay for 3 years handling inbound calls, chats, and emails from our customers. Part of my tasks was to make decisions on claims and this involves thorough investigations and problem-solving.

After working with eBay, I was offered by JPMorgan Chase & Co. to work with them as a Fraud Analyst determining possible fraud charges, Account takeovers and putting customers' mind at ease by explaining the protection against fraud charges.

I found out that during my 3 years with Chase, I can do more and do multitasking. I did a sideline as a Virtual Assistant on a social media campaign(Facebook and Instagram) for various types of plants and my tasks were to manage and filter comments, respond to email/chat queries, adding descriptions on the plant listings, data research and sending reports and results to my client.

Now, after 6 years with these experiences I've mastered the important keys as a Customer Service Representative and that is to be always courteous & professional, do the right thing, know how to build lasting relationships, own customer issues start-to-finish, and determine how to exceed expectations.
