My 2+ years career in human resources has equipped me with experience on human resource management, data entry, mining, and management.

I am also experienced in virtual assistance job and I'm very adaptive at integrating technology into all aspect of my job.

As human resource officer and data entry and management specialist, I perform the following duties maintaining an updated database of all employee information and documentation.

Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through with candidates. 

Lead employee on-boarding activities; answer employee questions and provide support to managers when integrating new hires into the organization.

Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

Preparing Employment Approval Form and Offer Letters

Providing guidance and assistance to new employees;

Evaluating the initial performance of new employees

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes

Running background checks on new hires as well as verifying their references

Assist in preparing of Monthly Performance Review (MPR) results

Remittance of monthly statutory deduction to respective agencies 

My core skills include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Analytical skills.

I have good knowledge of excel formulas, functions, chart, and graphs

Also worth mentioning is my excellent time management skill and my ability to pay keen attention to details
