I worked as an office administrative assistant/marketing specialist overseas in a trading company which dealt with multi-cultural clients. My tasks included receiving and sorting daily calls, e-mails, deliveries and couriers. I was also in-charge of updating ad listings on Facebook and Linkedin. I made outbound calls to introduce and offer the company’s services. I maintained office records including office expenses and inventory and handled basic bookkeeping. I acquired stocks from sources and secured delivery to clients.
I also worked part time as an events organizer. My tasks included networking with a range of clients including suppliers, partner organizations and customers. I organized facilities and details such as decor, entertainment, location, equipment set-up and distribution of promotional materials.
In my free time I managed to work as a freelance graphic designer. I worked with a wide range of media and used graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects. I developed new design concepts, graphics and layouts for logos, flyers, posters and banners.
