I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing Industry for more than 10 years and worked formerly as a Team Leader in a Healthcare account. My expertise are the following: Leadership, Project Management, Sales and Billing, B2B and B2C support staffing, Marketing and a lot more. I have attended some Management training and seminars, support and engagement facilitation, Management and Marketing meetings, programs and workshops and a lot more. I also believe in the value of Teamwork, Leadership and Commitment as we deal with the organization and structure.

I also believe that learning is a never ending process, and if in case I am not familiar with the skills set I need to acquire, I am very much willing to be trained and learn and help you acquire the result that you need. Being in this industry I believe there is always room for improvement and ensuring that I will be applying the best of my ability to reach our goal.

My managers and director can provide you detailed information how I worked with them and how I helped the company to grow. I am also a self-driven, assertive type of person and I can work on with no or minimal supervision and team player. I always make sure that transparency, integrity and resolution are the key of a successful partnership. I do not work as an employee but I always envision myself as the owner of the company in every organization because my perspective in life is I need to make sure that my business becomes successful with the right people, right decision and right strategies.
